We've built the visit around the time you'd usually waste. Your manicure and pedicure happen while your hands and feet are free, under the dryer or while the perimeter of your knotless braids is being reinstalled. Your wax is done privately, in its own room, while a treatment like a deep conditioner processes. The dead time in an ordinary appointment becomes the window for your next service, so you get more done without ever feeling exposed or rushed.

Yes. Your services run on different parts of you at once rather than all over you at once. Your hands and feet are worked while they're free, under the dryer or while your braid perimeter is reinstalled, and your wax is done in a private room. Nothing happens to you out in the open that you wouldn't want to.
Nothing required. For a braid refresh you can bring your own hair for an exact match, or we provide Ruka or Rebundle, with human hair on request. Hair extensions are charged separately.
Yes, prices are inclusive of tips. Our prices include fair wages, so tipping is not necessary.
The visit is built as a package: your hair plus two services at $430, or your hair plus all three at $475.
We allow a 10-minute grace period if you are running late. After that, a late fee is automatically added to your bill, even if you are just one or two minutes past the 10-minute mark.
Arriving late can affect your stylist and the clients after you. If you arrive too late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled so other clients are not affected.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time.
Your deposit cannot be refunded. If you cancel or don’t show up, it is used as the cancellation fee. If you reschedule more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit automatically moves to your new date.
